The Iron Empire Gym wanted to have high end accessible bathrooms for their members, giving the sense of a higher end professional gym experience. The bathrooms included lockers and large walk-in showers for members all with high end finishes producing a luxury feel.

Story Land theme park was updating their back park area into the "Moo Lagoon," a farm themed large water pad area with water slides and various interactive water features. This overhaul required a large amount of equipment to be housed and hidden. Working with the aquatic engineers, a design for the housing of the equipment was developed for the exterior appearance. Holding with the farm theme, a barn was designed large enough to allow for equipment to be brought in as well as be maintained or changed out if needed.

At the front of the Story Land theme park there is the Pixie Kitchen for guests to buy snacks and food. Currently they have a flow for the line that goes across the front of the building which has the menus, around the side to an order window, and turn to the pick up window, and then continue under a covered seating area. The existing building does not have any of the wait area or line under any cover so people are exposed to the weather. Story Land wanted to create a fun, unique looking canopy that would provide enough coverage that most of the line will be protected. Through use of curved laminated beams and welded steel posts that were wrapped to look like trees, a unique new front of the building was developed which covered the waiting line and connected into the existing covered seating area.
