Along with a new front entry element and improved exterior lighting, the interior space was modified to improve function and visibility for both customers and staff. The end result is a warm and inviting atmosphere that showcases Chevrolet's inventory and products.

The facade for the building was a typical industrial low slope metal roof. The owner wanted to upgrade it for a better presence for the business tenants. The design evolved through many iterations of hand sketches and color schemes.  The result was strong prominent brick entrances and large banded parapet walls that hide the low slope roof.

Shaheen and Gordon law firm was relocating to a new office to gain more space for offices and storage needs. They purchased a two-story office building with a third story apartment, and needed to renovate the two floors while maintaining access for the apartment on the third floor. The renovations included partitioning off multiple offices, creating new work areas, and refinish floors and walls to update the aesthetics but maintaining the character of the building.

The Burning Bridge Sound Studio is a mix of classical building, acoustical performance, lighting accents, and contemporary design.  The program combined functional sound studios and isolation booths with a lounge for entertaining and impressing clients.  The design draws you into each space with a sense of anticipation, much like the creation of a sound recording.
